25 years ago...

Trish Emerson was tired of working at giant consulting firms. She was deeply skilled in change management and learning, and she wanted to do only that with only people like her.

She set out to do meaningful work with people she loves.

She hired all her smartest friends and set out to find more. Emerson was born in 2001 (in Trish's basement office) and quickly grew through great work for clients like Gap, Chevron, and the FBI.

Today, we have proudly served 100+ clients and we have 1000+ projects under our belts. We're still doing meaningful work with people we love.
